Best Buy has launched the Dell Venue 8 7840 Intel-powered Android tablet fort $399.99 online. The tablet is notable for featuring an 8.4-inch Quad HD display along with Intel’s RealSense camera technology which allows for image capture with 360 degree depth control using the rear 8-megapixel camera and front-facing 2-megapixel camera, with the images being claimed to be useful enough for 3D modeling data along with being claimed as being thinner than the iPad Air 2 by Intel. The rest of the specifications consist of an Intel quad-core Atom processor at 2.3Ghz with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with a microSD slot for additional expansion, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth radios.
